Chains of Elements is now a web build

I made this small game for Piratejam #14. Didn't have a lot of downloads, so decided next jam game would be a web build.

So I decided to do a web build for this one. I think there are still things that need to be tuned for that platform to get it down in size but it turned out to be pretty easy to do.
